Your email address, if you ask for the case study. That's it. I don't ask for your name, your phone number or your company.
If you book a call, the booking tool collects whatever you type into it, including your website address, so I can look at your site before we talk.
I use analytics to count how many people land on the page, which page they land on, and which link sent them. I can see that a page was visited. I can't see who you are from it.
Send you the case study you asked for. If you ticked the box, I'll also email you occasionally about getting more calls out of a trade website, no more than once a month.
If you didn't tick the box, you get the case study and nothing else. Ticking it was never a condition of getting the file.
I don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else to market to you.
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, whichever comes first. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it entirely. Email me and I'll do it. You don't have to give a reason.
If you think I've handled your details badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
The emails are sent through an email delivery platform, and the booking page is hosted by a scheduling service. Both process your details only to provide those functions.
